Sales tax of 6.35% will be applied at checkout to all orders shipped within Connecticut. 
 
Shipping TOP
Most orders are handmade and shipped with 3-5 business days from our studio here in Connecticut. At checkout you will have the option to select First-Class Mail (for orders under 13oz) or Priority Mail. First-Class Mail is available for orders shipped within the US and Canada and is calculated by weight. Priority Mail rates are as follows: $5.00 for the US, $12.00 for Canada, and $14.00 for everywhere else. All US orders over $75.00 ship for free!
 
Returns TOP
We know you and your pet will love our collars (please refer to the sizing page to ensure a proper fit)! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Please send your return to the address below in its original condition and we will be happy to exchange it or issue you a refund (refunds will be given for the purchase price of the item). Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Due to international shipping costs, we regret we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Custom Orders TOP
We love to do custom orders! If you need a custom size or are looking for a particular style or design, we'd love to create it for you! Head on over to the contact page to shoot us an e-mail - we look forward to working with you to make the perfect collar for your pup or kitty.

Product Care TOP
Our collars should be hand washed or machine washed (gentle cycle) in cold water with a mild detergent. We recommend placing your collar in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase. Lay flat to dry.

Product safety is your responsibility. Only you can determine the suitability of each product for your individual situation. Sew Fetching and its owner cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of our products. Please inspect your items regularly for signs of wear and tear. By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge and agree to accept all responsibility.
